Using the site

twzl is provided by [Operator legal name]. By playing you agree to these terms. If you're under 13, a parent or guardian must agree for you, and the account features are not for you — the games are.

Accounts

• An account is optional. It is identified by an email address and 6-digit sign-in codes; keep your email inbox secure, since anyone with access to it can sign in.
• You are responsible for the display name you choose. Names that are offensive, impersonate others, or contain contact details may be changed or removed.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Fair play

Leaderboards only work if everyone plays the same puzzle honestly. Automated play, tampering with times or scores, or interfering with other players' rooms may lead to entries being removed and the account being closed.

Premium

Premium is a subscription billed by Stripe. It renews automatically until cancelled; cancel any time and it stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before purchase and include applicable taxes where the law requires. Refunds follow the rules of the store or payment provider you bought through and applicable consumer law.

Advertising

The free version of the site is supported by advertising for teens and adults. Rewarded ads are always optional. No ads are shown to children on the kids' hubs.

Content and rights

The games, artwork, puzzles, sounds and text are ours or licensed to us. You may share results and screenshots freely; you may not copy the games, the puzzle data or the site itself for another service.

Availability

We aim for the site to be available every day, but it is provided as is; puzzles, features and prices may change, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of a free games website.
